Casablanca – 2022
– Anfora Red Wine – 13% ALC
– 85% Pinot Noir / 15% Alicante Bouschet and Pinot Blanc
– 32 days on skins fermented Pinot Noir ( clone115), Pinot Noir ( clone667) fermented 20 days and 10 days co-fermented Alicante Bouschet with Pinot Blanc
– Aged in Spanish Anfora 9 months / No filtration, fining and additives
Musée Kyoto -2022
– Red Wine – 12% ALC
– 70% Merlot / 25% Pinot Noir / 5% Alicante Bouschet and Pinot Blanc
– Merlot Rose fermented in steel, Short skin fermented Merlot 10 days, whole bunches fermented 20 days Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc fermented in the barrel and co-fermented Alicante Bouschet with Pinot Blanc 10 days
– Aged in Steel, Spanish Anfora and 225L barrel / No filtration, fining and additives
This wine is from a new cuvee called Musee kyoto. Musee is one of the favorite wine bars in my home town in Kyoto. I really love to enjoy nice wines and foods in front of a traditional Japanese garden!
