New Zealand Wines 2023

Kunoh Wines New Zealand has began since 2016 vintage. Based in Nelson/Tasman in the north of the south island in NZ. All wines made from organic grapes. 2023 wines are wild yeast, no filtration, no fining and no additives ( no SO2).

Iguana

-Skins White Wine – %ALC

-85% Sauvignon Blanc / 15% Chardonnay

-Co-fermented Sauvignon Blanc Skins and Carbonic Maceration for 7 days then pressed in to Steel. Barrel fermented of Direct whole bunch pressed and 24 hours on skins Chardonnay.

-Aged in steel and Spanish Anfora 13 months / No filtration, fining and additives.

Brush Yo Teef

-Rose Orange wine – %ALC

-30%Chenin Blanc / 30% Pinot Blanc / 10 % Alicante Bouschet 30% Sauvignon Blanc

-Co-skin fermented Chenin Blanc、 Pinot Blanc and Alicante Bouschet for 32 days then pressed into Spanish Anfora. Co-fermented Sauvignon Blanc Skins and Carbonic Maceration on 7 days then pressed into Spanish Anfora.

-Aged in steel 13 months / No filtration, fining and additives.

-35% Chenin Blanc / 35%Pinot Blanc / 30% Riesling

-Co-skin fermented Chenin Blanc and Pinot Blanc for 3 days then pressed into old barrels.

-Steel fermented Riesling for 12 hours on skins then the whole bunch pressed. 

-Aged in steel 13 months / No filtration, fining and additives.

-White Wine – %ALC

-20% Chenin Blanc / 20%Pinot Blanc / 20% Riesling -20% Sauvignon Blanc / 20% Chardonnay

-Co-skin fermented Chenin Blanc and Pinot Blanc for 3 days then pressed into old barrels. Co-fermented Sauvignon Blanc Skins and Carbonic Maceration for 7 days then pressed into old barrels. Barrel fermented and 24 hours on skins Chardonnay whole bunch pressed. Steel fermented Riesling for 12 hours on skins then the whole bunch pressed.

-Aged in steel 13 months / No filtration, fining and additives.
